Welcome to the Oregon Association of County Clerks official website.

The Association of County Clerks is comprised of Clerks, Recorders and Election Officials, or any other Officials performing like duties and who are functioning as the elected or appointed County Officials for a County Government.

  • OACC Mid-Winter Conference - February 3-6, 2020 - Salem, Oregon
  • OACC Annual Conference - Update: August 17-20, 2020 – Salem Convention Center and Grand Hotel, Salem, Oregon changed to Zoom August 18, 19, and maybe 20. Update: Hotel reservations canceled. Conference will be via Zoom August 18, 19 and maybe 20 for everyone's safety during this COVID-19 Pandemic. Details forthcoming.

Please note that the annual conference is hosted by the OACC President, normally in the county they reside in. The mid-winter conference is held in Salem. Vendors are invited to the Annual Conference only.
