The officers of the Association shall be President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary
who shall be elected at the Annual Conference of the Association by the votes of a majority of
the Primary Members present and voting. Those elected shall take office upon their installation at
the Annual Conference or if unable to attend the Annual Conference by subscribing to written
oath at the time of the Annual Conference. Officers shall serve one-year terms. The officers and
the Immediate Past President shall serve on the Executive Board.
