Conferences

The Oregon Association of County Clerks hosts two conferences every year. The Mid-Winter Conference is held in Marion County and the Annual Conference is held in the county of the current OACC President.

Registration for 2026 Annual Conference

Registration is required to attend the conference. Member registration forms can be found under the Members Only Resources page.

The conference registration fee includes an afternoon break and dinner on Monday; breakfast, lunch, breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday; and a morning break and lunch-to-go on Thursday. The Conference will end by noon on Thursday.

Payment can be made by check or card to the OACC Treasurer.

(*Non-OACC members can only attend at the invitation of the OACC President and with the approval of the OACC Executive Committee (OACC By-Laws, Article X, Section 1, Paragraph D)

Vendor and Guest Speaker Information

Vendors are welcome to attend or sponsor the Annual Conference. There are a variety of sponsorship levels.

Speakers may be invited by the Executive Committee to present at either conference. Contact the current OACC President to request an invitation.
